* Discount for "early-bird" registrations postmarked up to and including May 1, 2008. Full price for registrations postmarked after May 1, 2008. **No "early-bird" for this one - we know it's hard to decide for the first time) About Our FeesWe want to make the camp experience possible for every child, so we work hard to keep the fees manageable. Camp fees include all activities, meals, canteen, and an Official Camp Tee-shirt. Campers will be given the opportunity to support our summer mission project. Financial SupportThere is a $10 discount for additional family members as well as for second camps. Most churches in our presbytery sponsor campers at least partially, so please check with your local church to see if support is available. There is a Scholarship Fund which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Check with your Pastor or your Clerk of Session for information about application. The Camp Lackawanna Summer Program is a priority mission for the Presbytery of Lackawanna. The average cost for a camp week is about $355 per camper, with our Presbytery providing about a $100 subsidy through per-capita and mission giving by its member congregations. Check-in, Camp Closing TimesUnless otherwise instructed by your Camp's Directors, campers assemble at the Main (Merrill) Lodge from 4:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday for registration. Please NOTE: Some camps will close on Friday after Supper and others will close on Saturday Mornings after breakfast. Explorers Camp ends on Wednesday night after supper. Please check the specific camp pages for the closing dates. The Director of your camp will also be sending a letter that will tell you specific times as well as other things that will be helpful to know. Please plan to stay for a short closing at pickup time. |
